*All Patients

We are asking each of our patients to follow these guidelines:

  • Patients must come alone to any appointments

  • If the patient is a child, only one adult is allowed to accompany the child, and both must do the self-assessment

  • Patients must sanitize hands upon arrival

  • Patients will have their temperature taken and then will be handed the consent form from the Admin desk

  • Any transaction with administration staff must be done with appropriate social distancing in place

  • If you are over 65 and have any questions don’t hesitate to call

Due to the ongoing pandemic things will not be going back to how they were before this happened. To help you decide if now is the right time for you to book an appointment or procedure for you and your family, we’ll cover what we’re doing to keep us all safe, and how you can help.

The new normal

While we’d love to say we’re back open for good now, everything is dependent on how our reality, and the pandemic, moves and changes over the next year. That means certain procedures may be put on pause, appointments may have to be cancelled and we may only have a short window to be open at all.

We apologize beforehand for any inconveniences that may result from this and want our clients to know we are doing everything we can to maintain a high level of care for everyone.

Our precautions to keep you safe

Going forward, we will be adding a variety of safety precautions to deal with the current situation. As ever with this pandemic, information is always changing, and we will be working to stay up-to-date with all our safety precautions.

As of today, we are implementing:

  • Patient surveys – all patients will undergo a pre-screening questionnaire before appointments to ascertain the patient’s risk and the likelihood of the patient having COVID-19.

  • Cleaning – we have always maintained a clean environment in our office, but going forward we will meet and exceed best practices for sanitizing the whole office – from the operation room to the waiting room.

  • Daily screening for staff – our staff will undergo the same screening procedures our patients will go through every day before starting work.

  • Training – all staff will undergo new training on how to interact and assess patients, along with methods to keep their areas sanitized.

  • Physical distancing measures in the office – by cutting down on the number of people within the office, we are increasing the abilities of our patients and staff to physically distance.

  • PPE – to create further barriers to stop the spread of Coronavirus, we will be instituting increased personal protective equipment for our technicians, including gowns and face masks.

Creating a smooth transition

By following these new procedures, and by following local/provincial/federal guidelines, we will work with each patient to ensure everyone stays safe. For more information, feel free to call our office directly.
